Just got this expanded edition of High Violet. There’s the version of Terrible Love that I wanted to be on the actual album on it, as well as this awesome new track, which sounds NOTHING like them at first, and is a definite new direction for the band, but I quite like it!

I can’t begin to say how much I’ve listened to this since this performance.
Cliché it may be, but I feel like every time the National puts out an album, it always hits right where my mind is at that time. This song sure does.
