LIFE PLAYLIST : THE END OF EMERSON : THE BOSTON SEMESTER
Keeping with tradition, every semester/year/summer/what have you, I compile a playlist of songs that have some effect on me in one way or another. They could be songs I listen to a ton in a short amount of time, or just songs that pop up one night and then don’t make much of a resurgence at all. But they all matter in some way, and these were the songs that made up my last semester in Boston at Emerson College, leading up to my semester in Los Angeles, which gets underway in just 6 days. dear world, this is the animation that i have been working day and night on for awhile now. regardless of whether or not it makes sense, i’m really damn proud to have modeled a character and rigged a character of my own. this animation stuff is something i think i would like to do for the rest of my life.
so, I hope you like it!
That day I was in the Emerson Channel office for way too many hours and ate donuts that Jen brought and watched Matt animate and James came and Alyssa came and Kelsey was there and Neil was there, and then Conor came and we watched Mortal Kombat vidoes and we all lolled around and barely saw the light of day.
But “Upstaged” is nearly done! Cutting over a dozen hours of footage down to seven minutes - tough.
