New Fleet Foxes song.
Had a moment with this song earlier. Damn is it good. Also, going to see them May 17th!

Got bored at work. Made a Daft Punk audio animation thing.
Cool story bro.
RADIOHEAD - THERE THERE
feels right.
“There’s always a siren singing you to shipwreck”
One of my favorite songs of all time.
There’s no words at all; it’s an instrumental piece off a mostly all instrumental album.
It’s kind of one of those songs where you let your thoughts be the lyrics.
It works every time. Just stare out the window with this on. Trust me, something will click.

ARCADE FIRE - WAKE UP
Can we just take a minute here to recognize how great this song is?
I mean sure, yeah, Where The Wild Things Are used it in their trailer (and totally could have used it during that dirt clot war scene…just saying), and it’s gotten a lot of hype because of that. I could totally play the music snob role here and talk about how great of an album Funeral is as a whole, and say I’ve had the song for years… (and even though I just did say all that) let’s look past that.
This is just the best damn song.
Somethin’ filled up
my heart with nothin’,
someone told me not to cry.
But now that I’m older,
my heart’s colder,
and I can see that it’s a lie.
Children wake up,
hold your mistake up,
before they turn the summer into dust.
If the children don’t grow up,
our bodies get bigger but our hearts get torn up.
We’re just a million little gods causin’ rain storms turnin’ every good thing to
rust.
I guess we’ll just have to adjust.
With my lightnin’ bolts a glowin’
I can see where I am goin’ to be
when the reaper he reaches and touches my hand.
With my lightnin’ bolts a glowin’
I can see where I am goin’
With my lightnin’ bolts a glowin’
I can see where I am, go-go, where I am

JESUS. This gets me going. There’s still 150,00 people in this band, but I’m entirely fine with that.
