One of my favorite songs of all time.

There’s no words at all; it’s an instrumental piece off a mostly all instrumental album.

It’s kind of one of those songs where you let your thoughts be the lyrics.

It works every time. Just stare out the window with this on. Trust me, something will click.

Can we just take a minute here to recognize how great this song is?

I mean sure, yeah, Where The Wild Things Are used it in their trailer (and totally could have used it during that dirt clot war scene…just saying), and it’s gotten a lot of hype because of that. I could totally play the music snob role here and talk about how great of an album Funeral is as a whole, and say I’ve had the song for years… (and even though I just did say all that) let’s look past that.

This is just the best damn song.
